Refunds

In order to keep the integrity of our products, customers have 3 days after delivery to postmark their return.  If the return is not postmarked within 3 days, we cannot offer a refund.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened.  Items must also be in original packaging.

Only regular priced items are eligible for a refund.  All sales prices are FINAL.  There are no refunds on sales items.

Returned items will be inspected upon receipt. Customers will receive an email notification once items have been received. Customers will be notified of the approval or rejection of their refund.

Once approved, refunds will be processed and applied to the original form of payment, within 7-10 business days.

If the customer has not received their refund after 10 days of refund approval notification, the customer should contact their credit card company or bank.  There may be a processing window before a refund is posted.

Refunds are subject to a 25% restocking fee.  Customer is responsible for return shipping.

Exchanges

Only damaged, unopened items are eligible to be exchanged.  To exchange for the SAME item, take a picture of the damaged item and email, [email protected].

Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for return items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  The cost of shipping will be deducted from ALL refunds.

Items over $75 should have  trackable shipping service or shipping insurance. We do not guarantee we will receive your returned item.
